Registration

Registrations open 21 December 2009.

Upon registration you will receive a reference number. Keep this number for future use. You will need it both to process your payment (between 1 February and 15 March 2010) and to submit an abstract (between 3 March and 1 April 2010).

The registration fee is 360 EUR and comprises the welcome reception, coffee and tea breaks, lunches and conference dinner, the excursion, and the Programme and Abstracts book.

Accompanying guests can be registered by contacting the secretariat by e-mail . The registration fee is 150 EUR and includes access to the welcome reception, the social dinner, and the excursion with lunch on Friday, 18 June. If a sufficient number of accompanying guests are registered, the organisation will arrange local guided tours to Pisa. Please note that accompanying guests have no access to the scientific sessions (neither to the corresponding coffee and tea breaks, and lunches).

In your payment description, indicate clearly the meeting (EPCR2010), followed by your surname and your application reference number: e.g., EPCR2010, Smith (RefNo). To facilitate the confirmation of your payment, please send a copy of the bank transfer by e-mail to EPCR.2010@azuleon.org.

Please ensure that all transfer expenses are covered; i.e., if your total is 360 EUR, this exact amount must be credited to the meeting's bank account (use of IBAN and SWIFT codes usually ensures a cost-free transfer for the recipient, but please confirm with your bank; some systems have problems with the blank spaces in the IBAN as indicated above—you may remove them). You will be notified if there are any differences due to bank fees and you will be required to settle this difference at the registration desk in cash.

Payment by credit card is not possible.

Cancellations and refunds. Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat. If accepted, cancellations within 1 April will be refunded fully, minus an administrative charge of 60 EUR; cancellations within 1 May will be refunded only by 50% of the registration fee; no refunds will be provided after 1 May.

Accommodation

The EPCR 2010 Organising Committee has secured rooms at the following hotels. When making your reservations, remember to indicate the meeting name to ensure the special reduction fee. Please note that rooms with a reduced fee are limited in number; you are thus encourage to make your reservation as soon as possible.
